Praised as “a sensitive and absorbing interpreter” (Musical America), Korean-American violinist Elly Suh stands out as a performer whose musical charm, interpretative originality, and unique creative vision breathe fresh life to concert stages around the world. Suh is celebrated as one of the leading Paganini interpreters of her generation, and is currently undertaking a major recording project of Niccolò Paganini’s 24 Caprices for Solo Violin.
After taking the First Prize and Gold Medal at the Third Tchaikovsky International Competition, Karine Georgian’s international career has
embraced Eastern and Western Europe, the Far East, Australia and the United States, where she made her Carnegie Hall debut in the Cello Concerto of her compatriot Aram Khachaturian conducted by the composer, and also gave the US première of his Cello Rhapsody with the Chicago Symphony.
Simon Callaghan performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, in parallel with a highly successful career as a recording artist. A favourite performer at the internationally-renowned Husum Festival of Piano Rarities in Germany, Callaghan’s recent sell-out concert was praised by VAN Magazine as a “cleverly curated recital full of discoveries” and by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung as “technically brilliant”.
