Fragments - Music Inspired by a Renaissance Doodle

A unique programme inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's Rebus - a puzzle device which combines illustrations
with letters to depict words or phrases.

Improvising work using da Vinci's proposition that 'simplicity is the
ultimate sophistication' this 16th century style doodle features viols, recorders, guitar and voice to a text by
Wigtown Book Festival favourite, Vivien Jones.
